Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Budge at budge.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Budge is

Budge is an AI-powered travel research tool. It helps you explore destinations, build trip plans, and organise travel research through conversational AI. Budge is a research aid — it does not book travel, guarantee availability, or provide professional travel advice.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Budge
• One account per person; you may not share accounts

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Budge for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

5. Free tier limits

The free tier allows up to 3 active trips at a time. To create additional trips, you must delete an existing trip or upgrade to a paid plan (when available).

6. AI-generated content

Budge uses AI to generate travel research and plans. This content:

• Is provided for informational purposes only
• May not always be accurate, complete, or current
• Should be verified independently before making travel decisions
• Does not constitute professional travel, legal, or financial advice

You are responsible for any decisions made based on content generated by Budge.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Budge (trip details, chat messages, preferences). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Intellectual property

The Budge product, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Letsdo Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Budge available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letsdo Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Budge. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100 if you are a free user).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Budge after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
