Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Budge (budge.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Budge is an AI-powered travel research and planning web application. It allows users to create trip research sessions, converse with an AI assistant to explore destination information, and generate structured trip plans. Budge is currently in early access.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Budge.

One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Budge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in bulk
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the AI chat
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or designed to manipulate the AI in harmful ways
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the underlying infrastructure

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI responses and trip plans generated by Budge are for informational and research purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional travel advice. Travel conditions, visa requirements, safety situations, and prices change frequently — always verify information with official and up-to-date sources before making travel decisions.

Budge makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

6. Usage Limits

Budge may impose limits on the number of trips, messages, or AI interactions available under the free tier. These limits are displayed in the product. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

Budge and its underlying technology, branding, and design are owned by Letsdo Tech. You retain ownership of any trip content and notes you create. You grant Letsdo Tech a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Budge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Payments (Coming Soon)

Paid features are not yet available. When payment features are introduced, separate pricing terms will be presented at the point of purchase.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Budge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Letsdo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Budge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where Letsdo Tech operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
